Sunday's 10K Run
What an awesome morning we had going up to Carlsbad and getting to run on the actual course - thank you to everyone that came out and ran, the weather was stunning.
It certainly got everyone thinking about nutrition for the race, pacing strategy as well as how to clothe appropriately which could definitely play a big factor in the race. Most importantly some of you were challenged mentally with this workout. A big part of running and racing involves being mentally prepared, in my humble opinion training the mind is just as important as it is to train the body.

Here are the times for the run from this past weekend - we shorten the turn around so you wouldn't have to run up that hill - so please take that into consideration when looking at the times

Cruise Control
Nuno was sooooo right on when he said to me at the turn around that I was on 'cruise control'. I totally should've gone faster! :/ I think I'll call that a lazy 10K :/
on a slightly different note: Hahaha a 'Lazy 10K', little over a month ago I would've never thought that I'd be on 'cruise control' for 6.2 miles ... THANK YOU THANK YOU ~ SDAE Coaching for making this all possible!!! :)
