Sunday Run

Bright and early tomorrow - please be at the parking lot on the map at 7:30am 

We will be doing an easy 90 minute run in preparation for Carlsbad 1/2 which is 2 weeks away...

If you are dropping in on the sunday run there is a $10 fee
