Rain or shine...
Hey fellow SDAE athletes.

Ready to splash around in the rain? I love running in the rain...rain or shine we will be meeting at track and getting our run on.
We're going a little longer on the distance this week - ready for mile repeats??? Tomorrow we will be doing 3 x 1 mile repeats.
First one at 70%, second one at 80%, and the last one is an all out effort and should be treated like a time trial. Your time should get progressively faster on these, if they don't you aren't doing the workout properly.
We will also be giving out a homework run wod for those that can fit it into their schedule between now and sunday - this is not to replace your regular 4-6 crossfit workouts, those should be your top priority.
The plan right now for this sunday is to meet at CF SoCal at 7:30am and carpool to Carlsbad so we can run 10K on the actual course. More details to follow later on in the week :)
