Death by 10 meters

Happy December SD Anaerobic Endurance Runners!

Great job to everyone who came to the first December running WOD. You guys just keep getting faster and faster! Today's WOD was a fabulous death by 10 meters! Congrats to Nuno who was the king of the track today. He was undeniably the last man standing . . . . . or rather running.

For those not familiar with Death by 10m, it goes as follows:
Set up 2 cones 10 m apart. Each minute complete one more trip across the cones until you cannot continue within the minute. In Nuno's case he competed round 20 (20 x10m) then completed 18 out of the 21 in the next round. If you are wondering (or did the math) Nuno ran 2,280 meters almost a mile and a half! Below are the results from the WOD. I'm not sure if I have everyone's numbers correct, so please send me updates if I got any of them wrong. Also, if you missed the WOD, please complete it on your own and email the coaches your time!

On a somewhat related note, I know that many of you have been working on your nutrition. We discussed today the possibility of ordering a large quantity of free range beef (or a whole cow). If we have enough interested people, the rate should be pretty reasonable. Before we move forward, I wanted to get as many people on board as possible. I will be sending out a link to a google document so that you can add your name and any relevant comments about joining the order.
