Thank you for your interest in the Forca Kai team. There are many exciting things emerging from CrossFit Endurance: teams, sponsors, race series, private blog/forum, quarterly webinars, and much more. This will drive awareness in not only your area but nationwide and potentially globally.
What makes our program different?

- Training is efficient and logical. Training requires approximately 8-10 hours total per week, about half of the time most marathon training programs. What this means is that you will have time for your family and for your LIFE!!!

What do you get?
Sponsors: We have approached a best in class list of endurance related sponsors who have all agreed to provide our affiliates and their team members’ meaningful discounts on product. This ranges from 35% off on shoes and apparel to 10% off specialty food and drink or 20% off bikes and wheels.
Race Series: CFE is in the development of an endurance race series that we will be pushing out nationally (2011) and potentially internationally (2012). Team members will have priority access to these unique, challenging and fun events.
Blog/Forum: With this program we will have a member only blog or forum for our affiliates and their members. This will be high-level/quality input format where all participants can discuss and report what it is we are all doing. The member only component is to drive the highest level of information exchange and encourage OUR teams to interact not only with us but one another.
Webinar: We have been fielding a lot of requests for more education on programming . The webinar series will be for team members only. We anticipate fielding topics from the collective group in advance, determining the 3 or 4 most prevalent topics and discussing them. Any remaining webinar time will be used to educate/lecture athletes on the programming. Rather than us coming to you or you to us, we can do this remotely, thereby disseminating information with extreme efficency – just like we coach and train! This is by no means a replacement to the “certs” but an enhancement to them.

As CrossFit has realized a ton of success since its inception, we are helping teams succeed and penetrate the endurance community. There are close to 45 million endurance athletes in the United States alone: runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes. We continue to grow at a phenomenal pace. We are on the cutting edge of the “how to” as it relates to our programs and look forward to turning the endurance world upside down with you!
